Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping:

Equipment: All units are shipped LTL freight to the shipping address on checkout. All units must be uncrated & checked for damage at the time of delivery. ALL DAMAGED UNITS MUST BE NOTED TO THE DRIVER AND NOTED ON THE BOL AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY WITH PHOTOS OF THE MODEL #, SERIAL #, & DAMAGE. QCRS is not responsible for damage noticed or acquired after the delivery paperwork has been signed. All refused freight notices & photos should be immediately sent to Alex.Dickey@QCRS.biz and we will work out how to resolve the problem.

Returns:

Queen City Restaurant Supply currently does not offer returns of any kind. Please check and double check sizes and measurements before you buy. We want to give our equipment their forever home!

Warranty:

Warranties for equipment bought through Queen City Restaurant Supply is solely through the manufacturer. QCRS does not service nor fulfill warranty requests. All warranties should be called in through the Manufacturer's designated warranty service line. You will need your unit's Model # & Serial #. Both of these can be located on a sticker, somewhere on the piece of equipment.
